The Public Arts Advisory Committee, an advisory committee to the Parks & Recreation Commission, is tasked with:
- Forwarding recommendations to the Commission and Council regarding art purchases and art projects
- Supporting the City's Art Walk program through fundraising for art donations and purchases
- Promoting the Artist of the Month Program
- Reviewing donated and loaned art for approval by the Commission and Council
Members are comprised of four residents who live in the Woodinville Parks & Recreation Service Area and one member of the Parks & Recreation Commission. Committee members serve two-year terms.

PAAC meets the 3rd Monday of each month, 5:30 - 7 p.m., in the Calkins Room at City Hall.

Current Activities
April 2009 :
Staff is currently working installing
an outdoor sculpture made of stainless
steel by artist Long Gao.The committee
is working on a Public Art Master Plan.
Art donations are reviewed as received.
Artist of the month submittals are reviewed
twice per year.

Meetings that fall on holidays are rescheduled to the next working day or may be cancelled. Special meetings may be held as needed.

Meeting Cancellation Notices
Cancellation notices are issued up to 24 hours prior to the actual meeting date and posted at City Hall, the Post Office and, as a courtesy, on this web site.

Transcripts of a Public Arts Advisory Committee Meeting
Written minutes summarizing each meeting are produced, and upon approval by the Committee, are made available to the public. To obtain minutes, submit a Request for Public Records to the City Clerk's Office.
