The Tree Board is a volunteer advisory board tasked with developing and overseeing the City's Urban Forestry Program. This program develops standards for the maintenance and management of Woodinville's urban forest to ensure preservation of the Woodinville's Northwest woodland character. Activities include:
- Updating and implementing the Community Urban Forestry Plan and regulations to protect and preserve the community's urban forest
- Advising City staff and the City Council on planning, planting, inspecting, and maintenance of public trees
- Providing technical advice to property owners and developers regarding tree planting, care and preservation
- Hosting an annual Arbor Day Celebration
- Sponsoring the Heritage Tree Program
The City of Woodinville is a " Tree City USA " as designated by the National Arbor Day Foundation.

Meeting Cancellation Notices
Cancellation notices are issued up to 24 hours prior to the actual meeting date. Notices are posted at City Hall and, as a courtesy, on this web site.

Transcripts of a Tree Board Meeting
Written minutes summarizing each meeting are produced, and upon approval by the Tree Board, are made available to the public. To obtain minutes, submit a Request for Public Records to the City Clerk's Office.
