Citizen opinion surveys assist the City Council in understanding the attitudes of those who participate about certain community issues, city spending, and satisfaction with city services. Surveys can be conducted as random telephone, mail-in, on-line or door-to-door surveys.
The City has commissioned several opinion surveys to take the temperature of the community about issues such as property purchase, recreation needs and quality of life.
