REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS - Use of Carol Edwards Center
The City of Woodinville seeks proposals from qualified service providers for the use of the Carol Edwards Center to provide recreational, educational, senior citizen and other services and/or related business activities appropriate to the building. The Carol Edwards Center, 17401 133rd Avenue NE, Woodinville, WA, is currently used for City of Woodinville recreation programs and community meeting rental rooms. The City will cease use of the Center for its recreational programs and meeting room rentals, with a planned closure of the Center on December 31, 2010. The City seeks proposals for use of the facility by a qualified service provider beginning January 1, 2011 or soon thereafter.

Proposals are due no later than 4:00 PM, Friday, October 1, 2010.
