Project Description: Shoreline conditional use permit to place a temporary water main over Little Bear Creek. The temporary water main to service two existing business for the duration of the WSDOT culvert replacement project on SR 202. Project Description: Reasonable use permit to establish a building pad for a 75,000 square foot warehouse with an additional 15,000 square feet of office, with associated parking improvements, on two properties zoned Industrial. There is an existing class 3 wetland on the site that, along with the associated buffer, covers 75% of the site. A portion of the southern area of the existing wetland is proposed to be filled, and wetland creation and buffer enhancement is proposed adjacent to the northern area of the existing wetland. The reasonable use permit will only establish the development pad; a separate land use approval will also be required for the project; at the time of land use approval, the applicant will be required to demonstrate that the project meets the City's development regulations within the development pad proposed. Project Description: Widen State Route 202 (NE 175th Street) over the Sammamish River from the intersection of 131st Avenue NE to Woodinville-Redmond Road NE.
