King County Road Services Division is scheduled to begin a three-week culvert replacement project on August 29, 2012. Work will completely close a section of 176th Avenue NE just south of NE 195th Street. Traffic trying to access NE 195th Street will be routed through 168th Avenue NE. Flaggers will be funneling traffic on NE 195th Street into one lane from August 29 through October 5. Traffic flow on 176th Avenue NE is expected to reopen on September 21, 2012.
