The City of Woodinville is seeking experienced vendors to offer food and beverage concessions at the Woodinville Sports Fields (located on the corner of NE 175th St. and 131st Ave. NE). The Fields host several sports leagues, which include youth and adult soccer, lacrosse, Little League, flag football, and other sports throughout the year. Proposals from interested concessionaires need to be submitted to the City of Woodinville by Friday, October 5, 2012 at 5:00 pm.

The Sports Fields schedules vary by season, but a current listing of Sports Fields use is available on the City’s website at www.ci.woodinville.wa.us/Play/FacilityRentals.asp. Use of the Fields generally occurs from 4:00 pm -10:00 pm on weekday evenings and all day on weekends.

Concessions need to be available in a mobile or moveable format, as permanent concession facilities will not be allowed on the property. A 6,600 sq. ft. paved area will be available for the use of concessionaires, located on the east side of the Sports Fields.
