Rental permits will not be issued for a Facility or Shelter rental date that occurs after December 31, 2010 until further notice.
Rental Applications for a Facility or Shelter rental date that occurs after 12/31/10 may be submitted to the Recreation Office. These will be date stamped by receipt date, will remain unprocessed and will be filed pending any change in Council action regarding CEC closure.
Rental permits will be issued for Facility and Shelter rental dates occurring before December 31, 2010 as usual. See Rental Applications below.
Field Rental Applications will be processed
as usual.
