This form adds a new User Account for the Woodinville online registration system. All members in an immediate family are part of the same User Account.

This form creates an email that is sent to the recreation staff. If you wish a greater level of privacy, you may visit the Carol Edwards Center main office to create your account in person.

For accuracy, emergencies, and proper matching of individuals with class requirements, ALL fields must be completed. The Primary/Main Contact must be age 18 or older. This form cannot be processed with missing information.

For legal reasons only immediate family members for which you are the parent/guardian can be added to your User Account. Non-family members will be provided their own User Account upon request.

Allow up to one business day for processing. You will receive an email with your username and password.

To update an existing Users Account use the Parks and Recreation Customer Information Change Form.

Privacy Policy The City of Woodinville does not sell or rent mailing lists of its subscribers to any organization. The city may share subscriber or customer information to a partnering agency contracted by the City of Woodinville to provide specific services or programs (e.g. Human Services, Recreation programs, etc.), and then only to provide information that better helps the agency deliver specified services. PLEASE NOTE: This information is considered a public record. The city may be required by law to provide customer information, including email addresses, to third parties if the information is requested under Washington State public disclosure law.
