This form is used to update your existing User Account information used in online class registration. Enter your first and last name, Family Id and PIN so we know who you are and your current email so we can reply with a confirmation. Then, enter only those items that have changed.

This form creates an email that is sent to the recreation staff. If you wish a greater level of privacy, you may visit the Carol Edwards Center main office to update your account in person.

Allow up to one business day for processing.

You must have an existing User Account to use this form. For new User Accounts use the Parks and Recreation New Customer Information Form.

The city may share subscriber or customer information to a partnering agency contracted by the City of Woodinville to provide specific services or programs (e.g. Human Services, Recreation programs, etc.), and then only to provide information that better helps the agency deliver specified services.

PLEASE NOTE: This information is considered a public record. The city may be required by law to provide customer information, including email addresses, to third parties if the information is requested under Washington State public disclosure law.
