As part of the CIP planning process, the city provides opportunities for the community to engage. These opportunities will take place throughout the year, specifically in person at several joint commission meetings between the Planning Commission, the Parks and Recreation Commission and the Tree Board. The next joint commission meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at City Hall which will be dedicated specifically to educating commission members and the community about the CIP process.

The upcoming Capital Improvement Plan will map out projects from 2019-2024 and project funding will coincide with the 2019-2020 biennial city-wide budget.
