The City of Woodinville does not have a contracted solid waste or recycling hauler and, therefore, specifics about the types of services for garbage and recycling, costs, equipment, etc. are not within the City’s control. For cities like Woodinville that do not have a contracted hauler, rates and requirements are set by the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission (WUTC).
