The Woodinville Sports Fields complex is offers two fields with lighting and synthetic turf which allows play in most types of weather.

Rental / Use

To rent a field:

1. Review the Sports Field Calendar to see if the desired rental period is available.
2. Submit a completed Field Rental Application (PDF) via email, mail, or fax.

Rentals are subject to an hourly fee. The fields can be rented by the half hour. Lighting (PDF) is automatically scheduled for all night rentals and an additional lighting fee applies. City policy requires that Resident Block Field Booking applications have a higher scheduling priority over all other applications. Unscheduled / Incidental Use

This is a rental facility, and the permit holder has exclusive rights to use the field. This includes the areas between the fence and the field lines, as well as 50% of the buffer between fields. Unscheduled use may occur if the field(s) is not rented or not being used by the City for an event or maintenance. Unscheduled use is acceptable for allowable sports activities only. No baseball (for anyone over the age of 12), golf, kite flying, remote control activities, or any other activity which the Sport Fields are not design for will be permitted without written permission from the City.

Facility Rules

Please be courteous and mindful of others who also enjoy the Woodinville Sports Fields and abide by the rules posted on the fields.  No food, No drinks, No sunflower seeds, No tobacco products. Dogs are not allowed on field.
