Planning Commission

The Planning Commission is an appointed body made up of seven (7) Woodinville residents who volunteer their time to advise the City Council on a variety of topic areas including land use, long-range planning, capital project planning, development agreements, and other topics assigned by the City Council.

Members are interviewed and appointed by the City Council to serve a four-year term. The following is a listing of the current Commissioners.

Meetings

Regular Planning Commission meetings take place on the 4th Wednesdays of every month at 7:00 pm at Woodinville City Hall. Current and prior agendas, packets, minutes, and videos can be found in the City's Meetings and Agendas Portal.

Establishment and Bylaws

The Planning Commission was established in 1993 by Woodinville Municipal Code Chapter 2.12. View current Planning Commission Bylaws.

Design Review Committee

Created by code, the Design Review Committee consists of (3) members of the Planning Commission as designated by the Commission. Their purpose is to review and make a recommendation to the Development Services Director on the design of new buildings based on the applicable design standards. This committee meets as needed when project require their review. View most recent agendas and minutes.
