All mechanical work associated with a building permit (including tenant improvements) is permitted as a component of the building permit (referred to as Combined Building Permit). Separate mechanical and plumbing permits are not required when a Combined Building Permit is applied for. If you are a subcontractor, please contact the general contractor or project manager to verify the proper plans were reviewed and approved for your portion of the work. Mechanical and plumbing inspections may be requested through the Permit Portal.
