The City's biennial Community Survey is a statistically valid survey of Woodinville residents covering a wide range of topics. The survey asks residents to provide feedback on municipal services and general quality of life. Information collected from the survey is used to assist the Woodinville City Council in identifying strategic priorities and planning financial investments for upcoming budget cycle and further into the future.
The City conducts its biennial Community Survey on a biennial basis, typically in odd numbered years. The survey uses a combination of mail and online methods to ensure random sampling and provide an opportunities for the whole community to participate.
The Community Survey was first conducted in 2017, and again in 2019. In 2022, the City conducted this survey for a third time. By conducting the Community survey on a regular basis, we are able to compare responses to ones received in the past, as well as benchmark results to similarly sized communities in the Pacific Northwest.
