City Construction Projects:

  • Civic Campus Project - Demolition and renovation/construction of the Carol Edwards Center and surrounding area north of City Hall will be ongoing through summer 2021. Fencing, flaggers, and trucks will be on site starting the week of May 13, 2019. Users of the Woodinville Sports Field will have access only though the parking lot to the south of the fields. Expect closures of the northern portion of the parking lot on weekdays from 7:00 am- 4:30 pm each day. See project page for construction impact map.

  • Wilmot Gateway Park Trellis is getting a makeover! On Monday, May 6th the City's contractor will start working on vegetation removal followed by making any necessary repairs, then prepping and painting the trellis. It is estimated that the work will take 8 weeks to complete and will be very weather dependent. Park users are asked to adhere to the safety measures and pedestrian detour signs that will be put in place by the contractor while work is in progress. Thank you for your cooperation!

  • Sammamish Bridge Replacement Project - SR 202 (NE 175th St.) from the intersection of 131st Avenue NE to Woodinville-Redmond Road: Night time work will continue along NE 175th St between 131st Ave NE & Woodinville-Redmond Road NE from 8:30 p.m. – 5 a.m. Sunday through Thursday starting May 6 through May 31, 2019. Expect one lane closure along NE 175th St. 

    • A full overnight road closure on NE 175th St between 131st Ave NE and Woodinville-Redmond Road is planned for May 22 and June 4-6 from 8:00 pm - 5:00 am to complete grinding and paving work. Access to local businesses will be provided. Be on the lookout for detour signs prior to road closure. 
    • Expect trail closures from 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., Monday - Friday until project completion (Summer 2019). The closure is in effect to safely complete the demolition work for the existing bridge.  The trail will be open weekends and holidays.  Follow the detour signs that are in place and refer to the trail detour map.
