Service Requests

City staff is always here to help with a variety of service requests.  For your convenience, we are able to accept requests a number of ways.  Depending upon the type of request that you have, please select one of the options above.

Code Complaints

Code complaints can be filed online through our online portal.  This is a formal opportunity to note a Municipal Code violation that you believe is taking place in the City of Woodinville.  Code complaints are processed and investigated by the Development Services department.

General Service Requests

General service requests can be made using our online form.  This is your avenue to request a service from the city or make a suggestion to help improve Woodinville’s operations.  Depending upon the nature of the request, these types of requests could be fulfilled any one of the City's departments.

Records Requests

The general public has a right to request the records of its government.  Public records requests are processed in the order in which they are received.  These type of requests are processed by the City Clerk's division in the Executive department.
